Returns:
To return an item purchased you have 15 days from the shipping confirmation date of your order to do so. The
items should have all tickets attached and be in perfect condition.
Returned merchandise must meet the below requirements in order to be accepted for a refund:
All items must be in original condition with original tags attached. Merchandise that has been worn,
used, altered or damaged will not be accepted.
Final sale items cannot be re-turned.
Certain items such as jewelry, watches, sunglasses and ready-to-wear are shipped with a return tag
attached. Returns on these specific items will only be honored if the tag remains intact.
Rosec Boutique is not responsible for the cost of return items. If you are a Rosec Boutique Member, the return shipping fee will be waived.
We recommend that all returns be sent with a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package has been delivered to our warehouse.
Rosec Boutique is not responsible for any packages sent with a return label not provided by Rosec Boutique. You must use the shipping label we provide.
Your refund will be issued in the form of original payment, such as the credit card used for the order. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
You will receive a confirmation email when your merchandise has been processed. Please allow up to two weeks for the credit to post to your account. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
